Description
'Why Bother' is a series of cartoon shorts which follows Bother, a little bird who has a knack for getting into other people's business and a complete unwillingness to take responsibility for his actions. Each short has Bother's unwitting victims cycle between trying to take advantage of his meek disposition and suffering the consequences of his wildly destructive absent-mindedness. Shorts would vary from 1 to 5 minutes in length, and emphasize comic shenanigans and casual cartoon violence. The animation, writing, vocal performances and music for this pitch were all performed by Sam Linstrom, with the use of freesound.org to provide foley.
